We're James and Victoria, and we’re passionate about transforming property.

James' background is Design Engineering within the Oil & Gas industry. His expertise lies in solving complex problems and managing projects effectively. These strong foundations allow James to apply his problem-solving skills and project management experience to our property business.

 

Victoria’s background spans construction and financial services. She has honed her skills as a specialist in marketing, research, and analysis, which are highly valuable in the context of the property industry.

 

To demonstrate our commitment to the property business, and our dedication to staying informed within the industry, we actively participate in the Sheffield, Leeds and Great North Property Investors Network (PIN) meetings, the Sheffield, Leeds and Newcastle Property & Poppadoms events and also attend The Property Thing monthly networking in Darlington.

 

Additionally, we hold membership with the National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA), are registered with the Property Redress Scheme (PRS), and comply with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and HMRC Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.

 

We also recognise that training and education are fundamental to our success, as well as that of our joint venture business partners and clients. As a result, we have successfully completed the Property Mentorship programme with Your Freedom Empire (YFE). Our mentor in this endeavour is Hayley Andrews, YFE’s CEO, a seasoned professional property investor, and an accomplished portfolio landlord.
